Funeral Policy

Lima Missionary Baptist Church Funeral Policy:

Funeral Dinners will be for Active members of our Church, their spouses, children, parents. For Inactive members, we will deliver a ham to a Location of the families choice (within reason). Also, If the family would like to reserve the fellowship hall for the dinner, It would be Okay as long as the person reserving is an Active member. There would not be a committee serving the dinner for inactive members, but if anyone wanted to take food, it would be up to you.

We follow the rules of the Fellowship Hall concerning the description of Active members.

Fellowship Hall Policy

The fellowship hall is available to our church members for Weddings, Ladies Club, Youth Group, Meetings, and Special Occasions.  All Church Functions take precedence.

 Please remember you need to schedule with Jewell Martin for every event that you have planned.  Whether it be decorating for a shower, or a rehearsal dinner, etc.  This also means Youth Group, Vacation Bible School, Sunday school, ladies club, etc. Never Assume it is available, and please let Jewell know right away if you plans have changed, and you don't need it. Thanks
