REGISTRATION INFORMATION


JUNE 22, 2009: DEADLINE FOR PRE-REGISTRATION ($50.00)
We have seat a deadline for camp registration this year.
Each church “contact person” will need to mail back the registration list to Caron by June 22, 2009 in order to be considered pre-registration status.

PRICING:
Price ($50.00 Pre-Registration) ($60.00 Late Registration).
These prices are valid, no matter what time you come or when you leave. (No ½ weekend rate)
If you are attending the Saturday evening service ONLY there will be no charge.
Need one check for camp registration and one check for camp shirts.
Since there is only one price, there will be no need for armbands. Everybody attending camp and participating in camp activities (swimming, golf, bowling) should be pre-paid.

ADVANTAGES TO PRE-REGISTRATION:
You will have less wait upon arrival at camp.
You will have already paid.
Your bunks will already be assigned before you get to camp.
Less hassle for the “contact person”.

THIS LIST WILL BE IN YOUR PACKET OR ON THE LIMA WEB SITE:
We need to know how many people you are bringing with you.
How many guy bunks we need to reserve for your males.
How many girl bunks we need to reserve for your females.
A check for the amount of people you are brining needs to be included with your registration form. No check…..No Pre-Registration.
YOUR REGISTRATION MUST ARRIVE TO CARON BY JUNE 22nd.

LATE REGISTRATION FEE: ($60.00)
You are welcome to bring those that sign up after the deadline. But let them know that they will be charged $60.00 instead of $50.00 and they run the risk of not bunking with their church.

DISADVANTAGES OF SIGNING UP LATE ARE:
You will have to pay $10.00 more after the deadline.
Upon arrival at camp you will have to pay your camp fee and have a bunk assigned to you. This will make your wait a lot longer because pre-registration campers will go thru first.
If you are NOT pre-registered you will NOT have a bunk reserved for you. This means that you will be placed in the overflow cabin. (You run a great risk of not being in a bunk with your church)
